C. Payment & Transaction Information

Payment transactions are securely processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). EaseMyMove does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

D. Device & Usage Analytics

IP address, browser type, operating system, geolocation estimates, and interactions with our website and web applications.

  • With Selected Mover Partners: When you request a quote, relevant pickup/drop-off details and inventory specs are shared with verified movers on our platform so they can evaluate availability and pricing.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (AWS/Vercel), SMS gateway (Twilio), email delivery, and payment processing (Stripe) subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: To comply with valid court orders, warrants, or regulatory investigations by Canadian law enforcement agencies.
